Ink Run Press is a small letterpress and art studio located near downtown Salt Lake City in the Avenues historic district.  The studio space is situated in a unique former church with stained glass windows where our antique presses feel right at home.

Shannon Petty is a letterpress printer, instructor and artist. She holds a BFA in Fine Art from Brigham Young University and an MA from the Institute of Development Studies.  She has held classes for children at the studio the last three years and formerly ran Art in the Yard in various local back yards.  She has been the Art Facilitator at the Rendezvous Boys Service ranch for several years and has most recently been teaching art at North Star Elementary in the Salt Lake City School District.

Lili Hall Sharp began binding books in 1999. What started as a hobby quickly became serious study and has led to her current career as a Bookbinder and Rare Book Conservator. Lili holds a BFA in Fine Art from Brigham Young University and a Masters in Book Conservation from West Dean College (England). She has also studied fine binding in-depth at the American Academy of Bookbinding in Colorado, as well as attending classes and workshops in the US and Europe. Lili has enjoyed teaching workshops and university courses in bookbinding and other related arts.
